NOTES:

1. Orders will be placed in queue behind all other orders received (complete with image selections and deposit).

2. Neither Berryphotos nor GraphiStudio can guarantee an album for a specific date, as production times vary for each album.

3. Albums part of a wedding contract must be in Italy for printing before first wedding anniversary. Orders approved after first anniversary are subject to a $250 late fee, increasing by $10 each month thereafter.

4. This mathematical formula expresses the calculation for the number of images needed for your album. This is not to say that every page will contain 2 images. Rather it is an average needed for each of our layout styles. Number of Pages x 2 = Images Album May Hold. Should you submit more than the allotted images, Berryphotos will automatically add additional pages to accommodate all of the images submitted, at the the expense of the customer.

5. Albums with less than 70 pages are entitled to 10 complimentary modifications to the design initially presented. Additional modifications are done at a fee of $20 each. Albums with 70 or greater pages are entitled to unlimited complimentary modifications.

6. Pricing is subject to change without notice until design has been shipped to Italy for printing. Orders will not be shipped for printing until design is approved, a sign invoice is received, and payment has been made in full.

7. Shipping is available at the expense of the customer. We ship via UPS and the package will require a signature. Shipping and handling is $50 per order.
